While we take the utmost care when wrapping your items for shipping, should you discover any damages please let us know within 3 days of arrival with a picture of the damage at Natquirky@gmail.com.
Please note refunds are not possible on personalised pieces. Please check the spelling of your personalisation prior to submitting the order. If there are any amendments to be made, please email us as soon as you can at Natquirky@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. After these 2 hours window has passed, the buyer will be responsible for the cost.
In the unfortunate event that you may wish to return an item, we ask you to get in touch within 1 week of receiving the product. Once the return has been approved by us, the product must be sent back and received by us within 2 weeks from that date or we will be unable to accept it. Always contact us before returning a product at email@example.com.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in returning the product if no damage has occurred.
