Shipping Policy


I hope this answer at least some of your shipping questions and gives you an insight of what to expect when purchasing from Naturally Quirky. If you have any special request or if there is something I missed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email at  I really want you to be happy with your purchase and promise to do whatever I can to assist you.


Shipping Overview


You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched by Naturally Quirky, typically within 3-5 working days due to the individuality of each piece. Every creation is handmade and unique.

Please allow an additional 7 working day lead time for a personalised gift but I will try my best to minimize the waiting time as much as I can.

Estimated Delivery from date of dispatch: Within Ireland: 1-5 days. The UK and Northern Ireland about 3 to 5 working days. Internationally: 5-12 days.

For the time being, Naturally Quirky is shipping only in Ireland, England, Northern Ireland and Europe.


Shipping policy


Everything is posted from Co. Dublin, Ireland, using the Irish National Postal service, An Post. I send everything via standard post.  However if you have selected “express” or “tracked” you will receive a tracking number with your “Item dispatch” notification, which you should receive via email on the same day as your item is dispatched.

This will totally guarantee you quick delivery service and be able to track your parcel on the An Post website.

Under normal circumstances standard An Post shipping within Ireland will get to you in 1 or 3 days and UK about 3 to 5 working days.  However, due to the current global pandemic, there are some delays both within and outside of Ireland. Therefore, we just ask you to have some patience as postal services try to deal with what must be a very difficult situation.

Anywhere outside of Ireland and the UK, I cannot be sure of the time span, it is in constant flux.

Other peak times (like Christmas) may also experience delays.
